Use the Turmimax® BIO mark
Turmimax® BIO is a proprietary branded turmeric ingredient developed, manufactured and registered by Star Hi Herbs. Approved partners may apply for permission to display the Turmimax® BIO name and logo on qualifying packaging and marketing materials.
Why put the mark on your label
Six requirements to licence the mark
- 1Purchase authentic Turmimax® BIO directly from Star Hi Herbs Pvt. Ltd. or an approved distributor.
- 2Include the clinically supported daily amount (per 2025 clinical report, 200 mg, subject to final confirmation).
- 3Declare the ingredient clearly on-label, e.g. "Turmimax® BIO Curcuma longa rhizome extract, standardised to not less than 95% curcuminoids."
- 4Submit complete label and marketing artwork for approval before printing or publication.
- 5Use only claims reviewed for the intended country and product category.
- 6Sign a non-transferable trademark licence agreement; territories confirmed during approval.
Approval applies only to the reviewed product, formulation and artwork. It does not automatically extend to other products, markets, contract manufacturers or affiliated brands.
Preserve the mark's integrity
The Turmimax® BIO logo must be reproduced only from approved master artwork. It must not be redrawn, stretched, rotated, recoloured, cropped or combined with another design element. Adequate clear space must be maintained around the mark, and the registered trademark symbol must remain visible where required. Use the full-colour version wherever possible; approved monochrome variants may be used where printing limits apply.
